Campus announcement
Below is a list of the days and times that students may invite their families to see the school. Notice of these visits must be given to the student office. Our security guards need to have a list of all parents and other family and friends who are visiting. You should have no more than three visitors at the same time. This is not only for security reasons but also because we need to control the number of people who are on campus so movement to and from classes is not interrupted.
What is the campus announcement about? What does the boy think about it? Why?

People who breed animals — such as dogs, cows and horses —often keep what is called a pedigree of the animal. This is an animal family tree. It can tell an animal owner who the animal's ancestors are and is the same as the family tree of a person. This pedigree is very important to prove that the animal is what is called a purebred. That means that we know who its uncles and aunts and grandparents are. It usually increases the value of the animal.
