Diets and health
We hear a lot about diets and much of the information is not good for young people. Teenagers need to eat foods that give them energy and also help their bodies to grow strong and healthy. It is not a good idea to follow the latest popular diets. Each person is different and it is a good idea to talk with a doctor or a nutritionist about the correct way to plan what to eat.
According to the lecturer, what are the sources of the things a healthy person's diet needs to include, such as proteins and fiber? Why are they necessary?
