放着电脑、MP3不用，家长急求录音机英语教材配磁带成“鸡肋”，超过八成的学生不爱用     原来，他就读小学五年级的女儿想用学校配发的教材练听力，没想到配套教材用的是磁带，而家里早已没有了播放磁带的机器。“这年头，连CD都快淘汰了，学校发的英语教材配套材料怎么还配我们那个时代的磁带？家里的录音机早就当旧货清理掉了，这下怎么办？”     章先生的遭遇引起了众多家长的共鸣。在各种“Pad”流行的当下，许多家长纷纷感叹学校统一配发的配套磁带严重落后于时代，真应该“out”了。     英语教材配套磁带的使用率如何？是否真的应该取消磁带，换成光盘或音频文件？日前，记者对此进行了 磁带下发就“进冷宫”，家长学生齐呼“out”     一名六年级学生的家长说：“现在都什么年代了，怎么教材的听力材料还是磁带呢？我们家早就没有录音机了。你瞧，这是孩子四个学期发下来的磁带，连包装纸都没有拆开过。”他抱怨，孩子从小就用MP3和电脑，别说是录音机了，就连随身听都没使用过，所以，英语课本附的磁带基本上就是在家“睡大觉”。“起先，为了保护孩子的耳朵，我们支持用磁带，但是麻烦事太多，最后索性放弃了。”蔡女士的女儿正在读六年级，她说，孩子的教材配套磁带使用问题已经困扰了她好几年。最初，为了将一堆教材配套磁带派上用场，她特地到商店给女儿买了一部复读机。因为不会用，一不小心就把磁带的内容全部洗掉了。好不容易重新弄了一套磁带后，发现复读机用得也不顺手，不仅经常要倒带、快进和暂停，用的时间久了还容易影响音效。     记者调查发现，目前，中小学发放的英语教材包含着与课文相配套的磁带。而这些磁带，只有老师在课堂上会经常使用，超过八成的学生不爱用这些配发的磁带。而且，不同年级的配套磁带使用频率各不相同。小学生的磁带使用率最高，而随着年级逐步上升，磁带使用率呈下降趋势，也就是说，年级越高的学生越不喜欢使用磁带。     在初中三年级学生小肖的抽屉里，整整齐齐地排列着10多盒磁带，有些拆都没拆过。他说，每年随英语教材发放的配套磁带，几乎一拿回家就锁进了抽屉里，全部被打入“冷宫”。     据了解，磁带打入冷宫主要原因是录音机现在基本已经淘汰，MP3、MP4播放器相当普及，很少学生家里还有能用的录音机。“网上可以找到各种各样的英语教材听力音频，需要哪个就点击下载好了，方便得很。”小肖说，班里的绝大多数同学都是下了英语听力音频在MP4，“为什么配套材料不能制成光盘，或者索性弄成MP3的格式放在网上？”     和小肖有同样期待的学生及家长，不在少数。他们呼吁，要求不合时宜的磁带退出教辅舞台，改换成光盘或可下载的音频格式。 磁带教学成“鸡肋”，教师意见不一     据了解，目前，中小学发放英语材时都有一盒与课文相配套的磁带。虽然磁带单价不高，但以全市中小学生人手每学期一盒算来，这些被束之高阁的磁带还是造成了极大的资源浪费。“自己浪费也就算了，关键是，即便高年级学生想将磁带传给学弟学妹让他们少一笔开支，也是不可能的事。”一名英语老师坦言，目前磁带与教材是“捆绑”销售的，每人必有一套。     采访中，不少老师对此问题也流露出困惑，既然这么多孩子都将英语磁带打入冷宫了，为什么还为每本教材配备磁带？     湖州四中的初三英语教师朱老师告诉记者，从日常教学来看，磁带逐步淘汰已经成为大势所趋。“我们平时给学生练听力，磁带和MP3文件都在用，但由于播放磁带时容易出现卡住的意外状况，一般而言，听力考试的时候我们播放MP3格式的材料居多。 ”     和朱老师持相同意见的人不少。一位具有十多年英语教学经验的高中英语老师同样表示，在网络下载非常便捷的今天，仍千篇一律地为每本英语教材配备磁带，就显得不合时宜，更不环保。     不过，也有一些教师和家长倾向于使用磁带。“据我了解，农村地区的家庭情况无论是财力还是观念，与城市里成熟的课外辅导氛围还存有较大的差距，农村一半以上的家庭没有电脑、MP3等，英语磁带还是有保留的必要。”吴兴区八里店镇的一名乡村英语教师认为，在农村，没有英语磁带，就意味着没有模仿，就提高不了学生的英语听说水平。 市场磁带踪影难觅听力工具更新换代     记者走访市场发现，在新华书店有少量供应英语听力磁带，而在其他的书店和学习用品店，听力磁带几乎销声匿迹。“学校每学期每人都发，即使偶尔有学生弄坏了磁带，随便问谁要一盒都很方便，没人买。”一家书店的工作人员说。     学校配发的英语听力教材不合用，那么，现阶段学生用什么来提高自己的听力水平？     在淘宝、亚马逊、当当等购物网上，记者发现，销售还不错的是一些出版社发行的光盘介质的配套英语视听材料，这些光盘材料不仅能同步教材内容，还能提供中英对照、单元测试、拓展知识等额外功能，方便学生和家长在电脑环境中使用。     “打开 iPad的 App Store或者 iTunes应用，不管是国内的新概念、新东方，还是美国的VOA、英国的BBC，里面的各种英语资源应有尽有。有声电子书、音标学习、真人发声词典等学习应用多如牛毛，还有新浪公开课、网易公开课为代表的公开课网络教育资源。”一位从事计算机教育的家长表示，他给刚上小学三年级的女儿买了一个iPad 2，让她多听英语。     “这款学习平板电脑支持的资源不仅涵盖了全国大部分的各科教材，真正能做到同步学习、同步记录。”湖城一学习品牌专柜的工作人员向记者热情地推荐起一款市售高达2000多元的学习平板电脑。     在市区一些商场和超市，除了在最不显眼的角落里“猫着”的复读机外，英语教辅市场上的学习工具被各种点读机、学习平板电脑（Pad）所占据。
