    • Thoemmes Press/Routledge created a 5-book boxed set -- C. K. Ogden and Linguistics ,September 1, 1996. ISBN: 0415103533 Upwards of $1000.
    • We have tried the two publishers in Japan who were reported to have books in print.

    We have written Book East and they had six titles available.

    One copy of six books was ordered June 2.  The six books arrived June 26 with no problems. We are able to recommend this source.  (Subsequent orders, in following years, took seven weeks.)
    But now they appear to be out of business.
