　　“去缅甸能赚大钱，我对那边很熟的。”今年2月初，李萍碰到了自己多年前认识的绰号“米面”的男性朋友。他告诉李萍，自己在缅甸有门路，认识一家赌场，在那里发发筹码一个月就能挣到近万元的收入，如果工作勤快还有分红。
　　听到“米面”的描述，李萍有些心动，可是想到缅甸人生地不熟，又有些犹豫。
　　“你怕什么，我带你去缅甸，路上车费我全包了，你以后从工资里拿出来还我就好了。”听到“米面”信誓旦旦的保证，李萍在没有通知家人的情况下，跟着“米面”偷渡到了缅甸。
　　2月10日14时许，李萍的父母意外接到了女儿的电话，李萍在电话里声称自己被缅甸人绑架了，对方要求3日之内筹集赎金20万元人民币。“如果3天之内拿不出钱来，我就没命了。”两位六旬老人接到女儿的电话，顿时慌了手脚。当天17时，泪流满面的两个老人，前往该市公安局出入境管理处报案。
　　萍乡民警辗转沟通 中缅警方联手寻人
　　报案当天正逢周五，且临近下班时间，如果通过逐级上报的方式和境外警方取得联系，3日内很难及时解救，更别提人质随时都可能有生命危险。案情千头万绪，该从何处入手呢？民警一时陷入僵局。
　　“我们通过查看被害人家属的通讯记录，初步判断李萍的位置在中缅边境一带。”出入境管理处民警周凌云向本报记者介绍。由于在2009年，他曾经数次前往云南遣送非法入境的缅甸人，在遣送工作中与缅甸禅邦东部第四特区警察局的警察建立了友好关系。“李萍既不幸也很幸运，因为她所在的位置恰巧是缅甸第四特区警察局的管辖范围。”
　　根据综合分析，萍乡警方制定了初步计划，一方面由周凌云不断和缅甸警方取得联系，一方面嘱咐受害人家属手机时刻保持开机状态，随时和出入境管理处保持联系。
　　2月11日上午，缅甸警方的电话终于接通，听到周凌云的案情陈述，缅甸方表示此案涉及严重刑事犯罪，他们将提供最大帮助。
　　用家乡话传递信息 缅甸警方锁定方位
　　由于技术手段有限，缅甸警方提出需要掌握受害人更详细的位置。而从李萍家人处了解到的情况显示，李萍在被拘禁中一直有看守监视，无法传递更多信息。通过研判，萍乡警方决定由民警假扮受害者亲属，让李萍通过电话和民警交流。
　　“在电话中，我们故意用萍乡方言和李萍沟通。”周凌云说。随后民警指导李萍小心观察周围的环境，再以赎金事宜为借口，向民警传递相关信息。
　　2月11日21时许，李萍假借上厕所的时机，特别留意关押处周边建筑特征和标识，并假借联系国内亲戚借钱，将看到的情况告诉办案民警。“从厕所的窗户中我能看到钟楼，还能看到红蚂蚁娱乐城。”随即，民警将掌握的情况反馈给缅甸警方。
　　2月12日10时，经过缜密侦查，缅甸警方确定了李萍的具体位置。13时许，他们火速出击，在小勐腊某宾馆内将李某成功解救，并抓获3名犯罪嫌疑人。
　　2月14日，李萍由两名缅甸警察护送出境，回到祖国和家人团聚。

　　“一开始发了几天筹码，后来他们逼我赌博，我不愿意，他们就把我绑起来要我向家人索要赎金。”警方侧面了解到李萍所在的赌场除了赌博为主业外，还有不少“偏门生意”，如传销、绑架等勾当。此赌场的经营人员为缅甸人，其中还有部分因传销滞留在缅甸的中国人。
　　目前，此案正在进一步调查审理中。警方提醒广大群众，出境经商或旅游不要轻信他人，尽量少涉足当地赌博等场所，同时加强防范和戒备。

　　据节目组编导介绍，由于北京的医疗设施及医疗水平相对较高，他们原定于3月4日赴京。但周岩的伤情却开始出现恶化，不适合做长途旅行，所以便搁置了下来。
　　昨晚7时30分许，周岩的父母最终决定陪同周岩北上。鉴于伤情并不适合乘坐飞机，所以决定乘坐三个小时的高铁进京。周岩将有整节高铁车厢作为“专用”，旅途费用由节目组承担。
　　即将为周岩治疗的北京伊美尔整形医院柳先生表示，北京方面已成立专家组准备为周岩进行第一次会诊。以目前情况来看，完全复原的可能性不大。灼伤是一项长期的治疗过程，可能需要两年，也可能会终身治疗。

　　用虚假文件预约分娩被识破
　　港府一直在收紧双非孕妇赴港生子的名额，床位供不应求，一些中介人与双非孕妇窜改医生证明以赴港产子。上周，香港警方两天内在观塘联合医院(公立医院)连续侦破两宗以欺诈手段预约分娩服务案件，拘捕1男5女(其中有1名港人)。
　　据港媒报道，一对内地夫妇上周四到观塘联合医院预约分娩服务，被职员发觉有关医疗证明文件可疑，怀疑其以虚构怀孕日期的“假医生证明”试图骗取公立医院的分娩服务，于是报警。警方到该医院对男女拘捕，追查下，又拘捕了疑向该对夫妇提供虚假医疗证明文件的1名内地女子和1名香港女子。4名被捕人员年龄24岁-43岁，他们被控以串谋行使虚假文书，今天在观塘裁判法院提堂。
　　此外，同一间医院，上周五有两名分别38岁及48岁持双程证内地女子，企图以虚假医疗证明文件预约分娩服务，两人涉嫌串谋以欺骗手段获得服务被捕，目前被扣留调查。
　　港府各部门严打相关活动
　　香港公立医院目前每月首日起，会预留一定限额予双非孕妇作为分娩预约，但限额视乎每月床位的数量而定。联合医院发言人表示，会全力配合警方调查，并已提醒登记处同事在检查登记所需文件时要特别留意，确保服务提供予真正有需要的人士，亦会以本地孕妇作为优先服务对象。
　　对使用虚假医疗证明文件预约香港分娩服务，香港食物及卫生局局长周一岳表示，政府定会设法打击。周一岳说，港府会以不同渠道及方法打击有关活动，港府现在已由不同部门研究打击中介人，边境及医院会将可疑个案转交警方跟进。相关部门会查核登记资料是否真实，一旦发现虚假，会交由警方处理。民政事务总署也会加强巡查内地孕妇入住的“月子公寓”。
　　非法行为
　　有中介人与双非孕妇共同伪造或窜改医生证明上所填写的预产日期以赴港分娩。医院于是进一步对双非孕妇预约分娩的相关文件收紧核查，除须提供医生证明外，更要求孕妇提供胎儿超声波照片，以证实预产期。但此次警方却发现胎儿超声波照片上所列的预产期也被更改。

　　香港私家医院联会公开表示，希望明年接收非本地孕妇的名额维持和今年一样是3.1万名，并指出各医院已经增加人手和设备。
