[*]Make sure to modify your MX records exactly as follows:
- ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. with a priority value of 1
- ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. with a priority value of 5
- ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. with a priority value of 5
- ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. with a priority value of 10
- ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM. with a priority value of 10
[*]If you can only enter 1 MX record, please enter the first one:
ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. with a priority value of 1
[*]If your settings do not provide an entry for each Google server, you only need to enter the number of records required by your domain registrar or hosting service. (In the order provided above)
[*]Make sure you've entered the trailing dot (.) for each Google server. You should only leave off the trailing dots if your domain host does not allow you to enter them.
[*]If you aren't able to enter the priority value exactly shown above, make sure you enter the values in an ascending order. An entry with priority '5' should be lower in value than entry '10.'
[*]Please note that to ensure better service quality, Google Apps for Your Domain does not make use of IP addresses. We recommend that you contact your domain's host, and ask them to manually update your MX records with the above mail server information.
