Annual Dance Clothing Rules

Clothing design
Originally people covered themselves in comfortable clothing, much of it to protect them from weather. For instance, in hot climates people preferred to wear loose clothing that would cool their bodies by free movement. In colder climates it was necessary to wear heavy clothing, very often made from the fur of animals that were hunted for food. As civilization advanced, clothing was often designed for other reasons, such as to make people feel more comfortable or more appropriately dressed for the kind of activity they did. New materials were also developed to make clothes and shoes, for example.
