Sports have been important in every culture through all of history. The Incas and Aztecs in South America played a form of soccer. Races were held in Egypt and Greece. The Romans thought that a healthy, strong body helped maintain a healthy mind. People who are active physically are often also active mentally. Exercise and good food are necessary to keep us healthy and feeling good. A regularsystem of exercise should be part of everyone's life.
