A reader says BookEast have gone out of business.We ordered the six Basic English titles (several years ago). Delivery was promised in 6 to 8 weeks. The six books arrived 24 days from mailing of our letter. All are normal paperbacks, three in slip cases. Two are 5"x7", four are 4"x7". Each has a one page introduction in Japanese, otherwise all the original text is English, with occasional footnotes in Japanese. An enclosed invoice acknowledged we had paid in advance. The books came wrapped, cushioned in beads, in a soy box wrapped sturdily with clear tape. We have no service problems and can recommend BookEast on this web page. - ed
